Summer Dates
Full Term Move In: May 8th, 2026 at 10 AM Move Out: August 2nd, 2026 at 10 AM *Please note, there will not be transition housing available between Summer and Fall semesters Compact A Move In: May 8th, 2026 at 10 AM Move Out: June 18th, 2026 at 10 AM Compact B Move In: June 22nd at 10 AM Move Out: August 2nd at 10 AM *Please note, there will not be transition housing available between Summer and Fall semesters
Summer 2026 Move-In Information
Summer Move-In will take place in the lobby of LightHouse Commons. Specific move-in dates and detailed instructions will be sent to students with their housing assignments in mid-April.
No deposit is required for summer housing. However, the full housing cost will be posted to your account immediately and must be paid in full prior to move-in. Information about available payment options can be found on our website.
To remain eligible for summer housing, students must be actively enrolled in at least 6 credit hours during the term of their housing agreement. This may include:
- 3 credit hours in Compact A and 3 credit hours in Compact B (full summer term), or
- 6 credit hours in Compact A (Compact A term only), or
- 6 credit hours in Compact B (Compact B term only)
Transition housing between Spring and Summer Full Term or Compact A semester may be available to current residents for a cost. Information will be sent out via email. No transition housing between Summer terms and Fall term housing will be available.

Fall 2026 Move-In Information
Our move in process will consist of two steps:
- Check In & key pick up at the drop off loop of Barbra B. Mann Performing Arts Hall
- Moving in your items into LHC
Friday, August 21st 9am-4pm*
Check In Time Blocks: A-G: 9-11am H-M 11am-1pm N-T: 1-3pm U-Z: 2-4pm Please arrive for move-in during the times that correspond with the first initial of your last name
Drive-through key pick-up
Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall Located at 13350 FSW Pkwy, Fort Myers, FL 33919 Under covered drop-off in Lot 18
Buc Card
You will need an FSW BucCard to access LHC. Make sure you have your previous BucCard or that you have submitted your information and picture to buccardops@fsw.edu prior to move in.
