Access a large number of FSW specific guides, forms, support articles and other resources on the Office of Information Technology (OIT) helpdesk website: Technology Support Center. You can search for articles in the Knowledge Base or request more help via the Service Catalog. Be sure to “Sign In” for full FSW faculty and staff access and search for key terms like Zoom, attendance, accessibility, grades, or the topic you need help with. Learn how to download Microsoft Office, get started with Canvas, request access to software like Adobe Creative Suite, or find guides on how to complete attendance verification, create accessible course materials and more.

This a one-stop-shop for faculty to access instructions for completing tasks like attendance verification, using the early alert system, entering final grades, and other common tasks.
