When Faculty or Staff Members Witness any act or behavior by a Student which tends to interfere with or otherwise disrupts the orderly conduct process, function, and/or interests of the College and determines the act or behavior is possibly a Violation of the FSW Student Code of Conduct then it should be reported to the Office of Community Standards. The faculty or staff member will then complete an Information and Incident Reporting Form within 5 business days.
