Use the following links and directions to complete your Accelerated Pathways/Dual Enrollment student registration.
All course registrations require school counselor/designee approval
- Home School students should list their parent as the designee
Students are required to use the Accelerated Pathways/Dual Enrollment registration form

- Use of the link above for registration will prevent any Accelerated Pathways Form holds from blocking registration. Additionally, the form will be routed to the school designee listed on the form for review and approval.
- For assistance, please refer to the How To Video for a step-by-step guide.
- Once the FSW Registrar has processed the form, the student will receive an email with a copy of the form attached. It is essential that the student review the completed form for Registrar notes by each course and in Part 3 of the form on Page 2. The student may need to submit a new form for processing depending on the comments.
