Steps to get your Lighthouse Commons Buc Card:
- Taking the picture. See example below. Please ensure you are on a solid color (white preferred) background.
2. Send us as email to BUCCardOPS@ fsw.edu from your BUC email account:
- All correspondence must be completed through your BUC email account.
Subject line should be you BUC ID #, your name, “LHC” and the word fswsecure after it.
- Ex: @00099999 Jane Doe fswsecure
3. Attach in the email your picture and a scanned copy of your government issued ID (Passport, DL, State Issued ID card).
- LightHouse Commons BUC Card in the body of the email.
And remember… there is no BUC Card Office location on campus for pick-up or processing. All BUC Cards are processed online. If you have an issue with your BUC Card or need to replace it, email BUCCardOPS@fsw.edu and describe in detail what you need. All BUC Card replacements or new cards are delivered to the LHC. If you need to replace your dorm BUC Card because it was lost, damaged, or stolen, there is a $30 replacement fee payable to the Cashier before you can receive your new BUC Card. Email Cashier@fsw.edu for the fee to be added to your account, pay it online or in person, and send the receipt to BUCCARDOPS@fsw.edu in your email requesting the replacement.
