Freshman and First Time in College Admissions

I am a Freshman, First Time in College Student...if I am a high school graduate, soon-to-be high school graduate, or GED student with no prior college credit.

All students must meet one of these requirements to be accepted to Florida SouthWestern State College:
Earned a valid high school diploma,
Earned a valid GED (General Equivalency Diploma), or
Completed a home education program in accordance with Florida Statutes

Submit Transcripts
Send in your high school transcript as soon as possible for admission. Official high school transcripts with a graduation date will be required once available.

Attention Recent or Soon-to-be High School Graduates!If you earned credit at Florida SouthWestern State College as a high school student, in order to apply to FSW and continue registering for courses as a high school graduate, complete a free "AA/AS, Re-admit" application, and follow the steps we email and mail to you after admission.
To receive in-state tuition rates you must submit a Residency Declaration.
Submit a copy of your final high school transcripts (with a graduation date) when they are available and any transcripts from other colleges or universities you have attended.
