Dr. Jackie Beard

Dr. Jackie Beard Jr. is an accomplished educational leader with over a decade of experience improving performance across higher education, business, and social service organizations. Since 2009, he has been instrumental in the Florida State College system, designing impactful programs that drive student success and organizational excellence. Recognized with honors such as induction into The Florida College System Hall of Fame and the NISOD Staff Excellence Award, Dr. Beard’s work reflects his unwavering commitment to quality and innovation. Holding a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Management, he is passionate about empowering individuals and organizations to achieve their full potential.
Dr. Joanna Liebelt

Dr. Joanna Liebelt brings over 15 years of experience in higher education, with a strong focus on student services, teaching, and supporting first-year and first-generation students. She previously served as a faculty member and Student Success Advisor, contributing to First Year Experience programming at Red Rocks Community College and Florida SouthWestern State College. Dr. Liebelt holds an Ed.D. in Higher Education Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University and is passionate about fostering a supportive environment and ensuring all students have the resources to thrive.
Natalie Vaughan

Natalie Vaughan serves as the Coordinator of Student Transitions, where she helps students navigate the different stages of their college experience with confidence and support. With a background in communications and marketing and a master’s degree in international relations, Natalie has lived and worked around the world, and has had experiences that allow her to connect meaningfully with students from all walks of life. She is dedicated to helping every student find their footing, make the most of their time at FSW, and become the best they can be in college and beyond.
