Biography
<p>Tamra Pacheco is a Coordinator in the School of Allied Health. She assists nine academic programs: Dental Hygiene, Radiologic Technology, Respiratory Care, Cardiovascular Technology, Cardiopulmonary Sciences, Health Information Technology, and Human Services, Physical Therapy Assistant, & Advanced Medical Assisting. Her primary duties include assisting program directors, instructors, and the students with their academic experience through the limited admissions application process, testing, and graduation preparation.</p><p>Tamra has earned three degrees from Florida SouthWestern State College: Associate in Arts, Associate in Science in Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Supervision and Management. She also completed a Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Florida. Tamra was selected to participate in the 2016-2017 Leadership Enrichment Program jointly sponsored by Florida SouthWestern and Florida Gulf Coast University. Tamra has truly enjoyed her educational experience as an FSW student, alumni, and Coordinator.</p>

Not an instructor, but train many of the staff in the School of Allied Health in various job duties.
College and Community Service
Has been on multiple search committees for position vacancies in Allied Health. Worked on multiple renovation committees for labs in Walker Hall.
Awards and Recognition
Has been nominated for the NISOD award in the past couple years and hopes to be a finalist this year.
