FSW has been an active part of the Charlotte community since 1974. The Charlotte Campus educates over 700 students every semester. FSW Charlotte is home to the first Colligate High School in Southwest Florida.

It is up to each state licensing agency, not CAPTE, to determine who is eligible for licensure.
