A four-session workshop titled "Developing a Business Plan" will be held at the Lee campus of Edison College in Fort Myers each Saturday in February. The workshop, which will cover seven key components of a business plan, will give participants a hands-on opportunity to create a personalized business plan document.
The course will be taught by Neil Shnider, a registered pharmacist, certified public accountant, and entrepreneur. Shnider is also a faculty member in the MBA program at Ashland University and an adjunct professor at Franklin University, both located in Columbus, Ohio.
The workshop will be held in Hendry Hall [Building K], Room 143, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for four consecutive Saturdays beginning February 2, 2008. Participants must attend all four sessions. The program, which is sponsored by Edison College and SCORE Naples, is open to the public for only $20, and free of charge to Edison College students. Seating is limited.
