Edison State College nursing students celebrated graduating from the program with a pinning ceremony at 6 p.m. on May 2, 2013 on the Charlotte Campus. The ceremony included guest speakers in the field of nursing, a candle lighting ceremony, and other traditions to highlight the night.
The featured guest speaker of the night, Kathleen Pace, RN MSN, who is the Chief Nursing Officer of the Fawcett Memorial Hospital and Englewood Community Hospital. The graduates will get to hear one on one experience and lifelong advice from Ms. Pace, which will carry them for a lifetime as they begin their professions in health care.
