PURPOSE AND EFFECT:

Update current policy to show specific prohibitions and to adopt a local Board of Trustees Policy governing ethical standards for all employees of Florida SouthWestern State College.

Any person wishing to be heard on the proposed rules and/or amendments will be provided an opportunity to do so by making a request within 21 days of this notice. A hearing will be held at 3:00 pm or soon thereafter, April 18, 2017, Florida SouthWestern State College, 8099 College Parkway,Thomas Edison (Lee) Campus, I-223.
