Allowable Bags Policy:
- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12”
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
- Small clutch bags not to exceed 4.5" x 6.5"
- Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items and diaper bags. These bags will be inspected prior to entry.
Other Items to Note:
- Fans are requested to remove any outerwear (coats, sweaters, etc.) that can be easily taken off. Guests with heavy, bulky, and/or baggy clothing may be subject to additional security screening to include hand-held metal detectors.
- Patrons will not be granted reentry should they leave the venue without the purchase of a new ticket. Patrons will be required to clear security again prior to re-entry.
- Patrons displaying inappropriate behavior, including the use of disruptive language and/or gestures, wearing obscene or disruptive clothing that may be offensive to others, public intoxication or other substance impairment that results in disruptive behavior, or interfering with the event action by throwing objects of any kind either in the stands or on the court may be denied entry or be removed from the event.
- FSW is a smoke-free campus. Patrons not abiding by this policy may be denied entry or be removed from the event.
- Patrons causing physical damage to the building or surrounding property may be denied entry or be removed from the event.
- Patrons attempting to gain access to restricted areas without proper accreditation or premium areas without proper ticket or authorization or misusing tickets and/or credentials may be removed from the event.
- Patrons are required to sit only in their ticketed seats only. Patrons may be requested to show ticket(s) should questions arise.
- Patrons should be mindful about keeping their feet off other fan’s seats. Fans are not permitted to stand on seats at any time.
- Patrons are reminded to keep movement in the seating area to a minimum during event action so that all may enjoy the event. Only rubber-soled shoes may be worn on the court when there is no carpeting or protective covering over the court.
- Patrons are not permitted on the court when there is not carpeting or protective covering over the court at any time.
- All entertainment/performers must have props and stages approved by Auxiliary Services prior to setup and/or performing on court. Stages, boxes, or similar items may not be placed on the court when there is no carpeting or protective covering over the court.
Prohibited Items:
- Any illegal substances or paraphernalia prohibited by Laws of the State of Florida
- Artificial noisemakers and irritants
- Backpacks
- Banners
- Beach balls
- Cameras with detachable lenses
- Confetti
- All Firearms and Ammunition
- Fireworks
- Frisbees
- Flasks
- Glass and aluminum containers
- Helium balloons
- Hoverboards
- Knives, box cutters, Ice Pics or similar cutting devices
- Laser pointers/pens
- Mace, OC Spray, or other similar compounds.
- Outside food and beverages
- Selfie sticks
- Signs larger than 24 inches by 24 inches
- Skateboards
- Stadium Seats in excess of 18″ wide, with hard plastic or metal parts.
- Tobacco products, Electronic cigarettes, Vape Pipes, and products (FSW is a Tobacco Free Campus)
- Video or audio recorders
