The College Credit Certificate (CCC) in Preschool Specialization
prepares students for further education and careers in a variety of settings with a focus on the education of children between three and five years of age. The study of research and theory is blended with many opportunities for hands-on experiences, as well as practical experience in the field.
Credits earned in a CCC may be applied toward completion of an associate degree.

Students must fulfill the entrance requirements for Florida SouthWestern State College (High School Diploma or GED).

- CHD 1134- Management of Early Childhood Learning 3 credits (CDA/FCCPC eligible course)
- CHD 1135- Understanding Young Children 3 credits (CDA/FCCPC eligible course)
- CHD 1220- Introduction to Child Development 3 credits
- EEC 1000- Foundations in Early Childhood Education 3 credits (CDA/FCCPC eligible course)
