The College Credit Certificate (CCC) in Small Business Management is designed to equip students with a specialized skill set for immediate employment or to upgrade skills for career advancement. The program will prepare students to develop small business plans, accessing, producing, analyzing, and interpreting marketing, financial, and operational data using common business software, creating marketing plans for a business service or product, review financial reports, how to employ effective communication skills in dealing with stakeholders both inside and outside the organization and recognize appropriate administrative policies, objectives, and procedures to institute organizational control and assess management effectiveness.
Most of the courses in this certificate program can also be applied toward the AS, Business Administration and Management
The program is designed for both full-time and part-time students. Courses are offered in an online and traditional formats to accommodate students’ varying schedules and learning preferences.
